HGH is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland.   It stimulates growth
in younger people (12 to 16), but in adults its main function is repair
and maintenance of tissues.   HGH helps repair the damage our cells
sustain as part of normal living.
The levels of HGH are the highest in teenagers and fall rapidly after
age 18, about 15% every year.   Most people over 40 have decreased
levels, which results in decreased ability to maintain the function
of our tissues and organs.   Consequently, many needed repairs are
not taking place, which leads to the process of "normal" aging.
Studies show that older people who improve their HGH levels undergo
a transformation equivalent to "going back" 10 to 20 years.   They
experience these benefits:
* improved muscle mass (about 10% on the average)
* reduced fat (average fat loss 14.5%)
* improved skin texture and appearance
* enhanced sexual performance
* reduction of total and LDL (bad) cholesterol, increase in HDL (good)
cholesterol
* improved function of every organ in the body
* better immune function
* loss of cellulite
* improved energy, sense of well-being and quality of life
Up until recently, the only way to improve HGH levels was to receive
daily injections of HGH.   Besides being inconvenient, it was and still
is quite costly, $100 to $150 per week.
Now it is possible to improve
your levels by restoring normal pituitary function and
increasing the production of HGH
After publishing an article in our recent newsletter we received
over 200 emails requesting more information about HGH.
We searched the web for accurate information and sources.   We found
that the MLM people are promoting it vigorousily.   Their prices for
a one month supply range from $50-$150.   All use a one
oz. spray..
DOES THE EMPEROR HAVE ANY CLOTHES?
In April we published an article about the potential benefits of the new spray which was promoted as a magical remedy for aging.
It all seemed too good to be true.
In July I mentioned that I had tried it and noticed nothing
except a $59.00 hole in my pocketbook.   Over 1,000 of you
tried it.   Thus far we have received only a few emails
praising it.   This strongly suggested that the benefits,
which only a few claimed, were probably the result of the
placebo effect . . . we would have received as many if the
product was an inert placebo.
I suspect the promoters of the HGH spray chose it because it
had far more sex appeal than an ordinary capsule . . . also
much cheaper to produce.   They are reaping a fortune
selling 1 ounce for 40-90 dollars.
I recently read a fascinating book, "Grow Young with HGH",
by Dr. Ronald Klatz.   In addition, I received an email from
Morton Schwatz, Ph.D., a biochemist.   His position was that all
the hype surrounding the HGH spray was rubbish because the
amino acid molocules are, as molocules go, very large.
He believed that very few would actually be absorbed
from a sub-lingual (under the tongue) application.
Furthermore, Pfizer, the manufacturer of the REAL HGH, states,
"It must be kept refrigerated.   The shelf life is two weeks."
  The bottom line is simply:
The only way to get HGH directly is through injection by your physician.
A product has recently been developed which is an HGH enhancer.
I tried it when it became available several months ago.

I am not a good guinea pig for I have been the picture of health for many years.
For the first month I noticed nothing at all.
Then I began to awaken with an erection . . . which had not happened in many years.
My libido is thrilled with this product.
It is available from 561-656-4011 M-F 9-5 EST.   Mention Dr. Brooks and you get it for under $11.00 for a 30 day supply.
EXPERT OPINIONS ON GROWTH HORMONES
Dr. Jake Powrie, M.D. and Dr. Andrew Weissberger, St. Thomas Hospital,
London England:
"All adults with growth hormone deficiency should now be considered
for growth hormone replacement therapy." (1995)

Dr. Anthony Karpos, M.D.:
"We really have something here which may be able to reverse some of
the problems associated with aging."

Dr. William Regelson MD "The Superhormone Promise"
"I have, however, studied growth hormone extensively through the years
and believe there is a place for growth hormone in the superhormone
pantheon of age reversing agents. Growth Hormone has a very special
role to play, and it is benefits will be most acutely felt by those
who are in greatest need and who are suffering from more severe problems"

Daniel Rudman, M.D., New England Journal of Medicine:
"The effects of six months of human growth hormone on lean body mass
and adipose-tissue were equivalent in magnitude to the changes incurred
during 10-20 years of aging."

V.A. Medical Center and Department of Medicine, Stanford University
Medical Center:
Concludes: "It is possible that chronic physiologic GH and/or IGF-I
replacement therapy might reverse (or prevent) some of these "inevitable"
sequelae of aging". (Study of GH therapy in the elderly - March 1992.)

Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Christian of Copenhagen, Denmark, in European
Journal of Endocrinology, 1994:
"Replacement therapy with Growth Hormone has shown beneficial/normalizing
effect on parameters such as cardiac and renal function, thyroid hormone
metabolism, bone metabolism, sweat secretion, total and regional fuel
metabolism and psychological well being"

Drs. Ramias, Shamos, and Schiller of St. Joseph Hospital Medical Center
in Phoenix, AZ:
The Doctors found HGH to be a potent anabolic agent "Daily Administration
of human growth hormone in the first week after trauma would enhance
the metabolic status.... resulting in reduced morbidity and earlier
discharge from hospital." (May 1992, Journal of Surgery. Vol 111,
495-502.)

Dr. Rosen, M.D. and Dr. G. Johannsson, M.D. of University Hospital,
Goteborg, Sweden:
"There is no evidence suggestion that Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy
causes any unfavorable long term side effects." (Hormone Research,
1995)
